Blockchain monitor, Etherscan, identified several Ethereum transfers made by the crypto lender Voyager. Akrham Analytics later verified that these Ethereum sums were directed to wallets under Coinbase's control.

Detailing the transfers:

  • On Friday:

    • Voyager initiated the movement with a 500 ETH ($922,625) transfer to Coinbase.
    • This was followed by a larger dispatch of 1,000 ETH, approximated at $1.84 million.
  • On Saturday:

    • Voyager channeled another 1,000 ETH to a different Coinbase-controlled wallet.
  • By Sunday:

    • The lender transferred 4,500 ETH, aggregating $8.30 million, in three separate transactions to Coinbase. Each transaction contained 1,500 ETH valued at around $2.76 million.

Cumulatively, Voyager's Ethereum transactions to Coinbase amounted to 7,000 ETH or nearly $12.91 million. Given these Ethereum assets' destination, it's possible they might be traded publicly.

Notably, earlier this year, Binance.US, the American wing of the renowned crypto exchange Binance, considered purchasing Voyager's assets for approximately $1.3 billion. The deal, however, fell through due to regulatory uncertainties in the US.
